Alternatively, add a few drops to 5ml of your chosen carrier oil and apply to wrists or add to a warm bath.

Directions:
1. Diffusion: Remove the dropper from the Breathe Pure Oil Blend bottle.
2. Attach the diffusion head to the bottle. 3. Insert the bottle with the diffusion head into the Aromatherapy Associates Atomiser. 4. Topical Application: Add a few drops (2-3 drops) of Breathe Pure Oil Blend to 5ml of a carrier oil (such as sweet almond, jojoba, or grapeseed oil).
5. Gently massage the diluted oil onto your wrists or other pulse points.
6. Bath: Add a few drops (5-7 drops) of Breathe Pure Oil Blend to a warm bath and swirl gently to disperse.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed throughout the day, especially during periods of congestion or when seeking a refreshing and uplifting aroma. For topical application and baths, limit use to 1-2 times per day.
Additional Tips:
1. Always dilute the Breathe Pure Oil Blend with a carrier oil before applying it to the skin.
2. Perform a patch test before applying to larger areas of skin to check for any sensitivities.
3. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
4. Store the oil in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. 5. Consult with a healthcare professional before using essential oils if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any underlying health conditions.
