Angelini Leo Valeriana Tablets

VALERIANA LEO contains an association of extracts of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L) and hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L). This medication is indicated in the treatment of symptoms associated with moderate nervousness, such as nervous tension, irritability, palpitations and sleep disturbances. It is recommended to take 2 tablets up to three times a day. To facilitate sleep, it is recommended to take 2 tablets half an hour before going to sleep, and if necessary take 2 tablets in the afternoon. Alcohol can enhance the sedative effect, so it should not be taken with alcoholic beverages. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you might be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine. As a general precaution and for not having sufficient clinical information on its use during pregnancy and lactation, its use is not recommended in such situations, except in the best medical judgment. This medicine can make you sleepy. Do not drive or use machines if you feel drowsy or if you notice that your attention and responsiveness are reduced. This medicine can cause stomach upset and diarrhea because it contains castor oil. It contains sorbitol and sucrose, if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars contact your doctor before taking this medicine. Do not store above 30ºC. Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
