VALERIANA LEO contains an association of extracts of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L) and hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha L). This medication is indicated in the treatment of symptoms associated with moderate nervousness, such as nervous tension, irritability, palpitations and sleep disturbances. It is recommended to take 2 tablets up to three times a day. To facilitate sleep, it is recommended to take 2 tablets half an hour before going to sleep, and if necessary take 2 tablets in the afternoon. Alcohol can enhance the sedative effect, so it should not be taken with alcoholic beverages.
