Instructions for Use: 1. Loosen all straps. 2. Position the brace so the heel is centered in the heel pocket. The figure-8 straps should be on the outside of the ankle. 3. Secure the main strap under the foot and attach to the top of the brace. Do not overtighten. 4. Bring the lower figure-8 strap behind the heel, across the ankle and attach it to the brace. 5. Bring the upper figure-8 strap across the front of the ankle and attach it to the brace. Adjust straps as needed for comfortable support. Do not overtighten.
