How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Find a comfortable position – you can squat, sit on the toilet, or stand with one leg raised. 3. Squeeze the rim of the Ziggy Cup to form a figure of eight. 4. Insert the cup into your vagina, angling it downwards towards your back passage. Push it in until the entire rim is past your pubic bone. 5. Tuck the front rim behind your pubic bone. You should feel a ‘click’ or a sense that it’s securely in place. 6. To remove, wash your hands. 7. Reach inside and hook a finger under the rim. 8. Gently pull the cup out, keeping it upright to avoid spills. 9. Empty the contents into the toilet. 10.
