Animal foods such as red meat and fish are natural sources of glutamine.
The body is capable of synthesizing this amino acid, mainly in the muscle and brain, which is why it is not considered an essential amino acid. However, in situations of physical stress, its requirements are increased and the body may not be able to respond to the demand.
L-glutamine 1000 mg from Solgar® is ideal for those who want a greater supply of glutamine. 1000 mg per tablet of glutamine in free form, ready to be absorbed by the body.
Natural sources of glutamine are beef, fish, cottage cheese, asparagus and broccoli.

L-glutamine (free form); Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; Anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerin (palm kernel oil and coconut oil); Interlocking cellulose rubber.
Allergens/intolerances:
No sugars. Without gluten. It does not contain starch, yeast, wheat, soy or dairy derivatives and is formulated without preservatives or aromas. Suitable for vegans.
How to use:
For adults, take one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably with meals.
Swallow the tablets with water or another drink.
