Goldfield & Banks is a combination of Australia's native botanicals and French expertise. They use rare ingredients barely used in modern perfumes harvested in Australia, paying homage to its first botanist, Joseph Banks. Then, these ingredients are combined with scents from all around the world and are sent to France to be blended with organic beetroot alcohol and be bottled.
These marvellous fragrances are crafted by Dimitri Weber, its founder, in collaboration with renowned perfumers. Dimitri is a French-Belgian perfumer who fell in love with this mysterious land on a trip, and decided to capture its essence.
Dimitri’s high concentration fragrances contain at least 20% of scented essences, an incomparable olfactory experience, depicting hot deserts, crystal-clear waters and deep forests, a captivating Australian dream.

Introduced in the early days of the twentieth century and coming to thrive in the pristine environment of its newfound Australian terroir, Tasmania’s lavender is a cultivar of the highly fragrant Lavandula angustifolia species. Grown for centuries in France, this species is a grey-green shrub renowned for its mass of soft purple and violet flower spears that give off an intensely fragrant and unusually sweet and pure perfume.

Top Notes: The initial impression is a vibrant burst of aromatic Tasmanian Lavender, its sweetness enhanced by the spicy warmth of Pink Pepper from Reunion Island. A subtle herbal freshness from Hyssop adds a unique touch.
Heart Notes: As the top notes fade, the heart reveals a distinctive leather accord, described as "Woodleather," creating a sensual and intriguing character. This is complemented by the earthy depth of Patchouli from Indonesia.
