During the summer of 1937, Albert met in the French Riviera a young man called John F. Kennedy. Kennedy fell in love with his perfume, so he asked Fouquet for a sample to try it. Albert didn’t hesitate and immediately gave him one as a gift. Back in his country, Kennedy wrote a letter to Albert asking him for eight more samples and one more for Bob. Albert didn’t know who Bob was, but either way, he sent the perfumes with “Eight and Bob” on the label. After his death, his butler took charge of the production of perfumes, which was also interrupted by the Second World War. Some years later, the butler’s family found the fragrances hidden in books and decided to resume its fabrication.

Top Notes: The initial impression bursts with the vibrant citrus of Bergamot, creating a bright and energetic opening. This is balanced by the spicy warmth of Sichuan Pepper, adding a touch of intrigue and complexity. A delicate floral touch of Carnation adds a classic, powdery nuance.
Heart Notes: As the fragrance develops, a rich floral heart emerges, dominated by the velvety elegance of Rose Absolute. A warm, spicy undercurrent of Cinnamon from Madagascar adds depth and sensuality. The heart is further enriched by the resinous sweetness of Amber, lending a warm, golden glow.
Base Notes: The enduring base of Annicke 6 is built upon the creamy, woody aroma of Indian Sandalwood. This is intertwined with the tenacious, leathery and ambery facets of Labdanum, providing depth and longevity. A touch of balsamic sweetness from Benzoin adds a final touch of warmth and richness, leaving a lingering, sophisticated trail.
