Directions for Use:
1. Aromatherapy: Add a few drops (2-5) of Santiveri Lavender Essential Oil to a diffuser or vaporizer.
2. Inhalation: Place a few drops on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale deeply.
3. Topical Application (Diluted): Always dilute lavender essential oil with a carrier oil (such as jojoba, almond, or coconut oil) before applying to the skin. Mix 2-3 drops of lavender oil per teaspoon of carrier oil. Gently massage the diluted oil onto the desired area, such as the temples, wrists, or chest.
