Description
How to use
Ingredients
Our exercisers are made of the highest quality body-safe materials for a safe and hygienic workout. The spherical shaped weight naturally positions itself while providing you with a firm object to flex your muscles around. The advanced design of our exercisers encourages the correct technique of lifting upwards and squeezing to ensure the best results. In addition, each exerciser features a weighted inner ball that offers resistance to efficiently strengthen your muscles and also confirms its correct placement.
Laselle Exercisers allow you to start with a weight that best suits your current level of strength and progress from there.
• Light Resistance (28g/1oz) is ideal for women who have a weaker pelvic floor or for beginners.
• Moderate Resistance (38g/1.3oz) is perfect for those experienced in weight-free exercising.
• Higher Resistance (48g/1.7oz) is best for women experienced in weighted exercising for the most advanced training.
5 reasons you'll love training with Laselle • Made of 100% body-safe silicone • Easy-to-use progressive weight training • Up to 6 weight combinations • Quickly see and feel results • Completely personalized training

Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure the Laselle Exerciser is clean.
2. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the exerciser for easier insertion.
3. Insert the Laselle Exerciser into your vagina similar to inserting a tampon, until you feel the weighted ball resting comfortably.
4. Locate the retrieval string and ensure it is easily accessible.
5. Contract your pelvic floor muscles as if you are trying to stop the flow of urine or lift the exerciser upwards. Hold the contraction for a few seconds, then relax.
6. Repeat the contractions for the recommended duration (see below).
7. After your exercise session, gently pull the retrieval string to remove the exerciser.
8. Wash the exerciser thoroughly with warm water and mild soap, and allow it to air dry completely before storing.
Recommended Frequency: Begin with 5 minutes of exercises twice a day. Gradually increase the duration and frequency as your pelvic floor strength improves. You can perform the exercises while standing, sitting, or lying down.
Additional Tips: Consistency is key for achieving optimal results. Start with the lightest weight (28g) and progress to heavier weights (38g and 48g) as your muscles strengthen. Focus on proper technique, lifting upwards and squeezing, rather than pushing downwards. If you experience any pain or discomfort, discontinue use and consult with a healthcare professional. Do not use the Laselle Exercisers during pregnancy or menstruation. Remember to breathe normally throughout the exercises. For personalized guidance, consult with a pelvic floor therapist.
