Curve the floss around each tooth in a "C" shape and gently slide it up and down along the tooth surface, reaching just below the gum line. 6. Use the spongy section of the floss to clean around brackets and under the gum line, absorbing food particles and plaque. 7. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a fresh section of floss for each space. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after flossing.
