Directions for Use:

1. Ensure the gel pack is at room temperature before heating. 2. Place the flat gel pack in a microwave oven. 3. Heat at 650 watts for one minute.
4. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave (it may be hot). 5. Knead the pack thoroughly to distribute the heat evenly.
6. Check the temperature on a sensitive area of skin (e.g., inner wrist) before applying to the desired area. 7. If additional heat is required, heat in 15-second intervals, kneading after each interval, until the desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat.
8. Apply the heated gel pack to the affected area.

Recommended Frequency:

The 3M Nexcare™ Coldhot™ Traditional Hot Gel Bag can be used as often as needed to provide comfort and relief. Allow the pack to cool completely before reheating.

Additional Tips:

1. Never heat the gel pack in a conventional oven or on a stovetop. 2. Do not overheat the gel pack. Excessive heat can damage the product and cause burns. 3. Do not apply the heated pack directly to bare skin for extended periods. Use a cloth or towel as a barrier if needed. 4. If leakage occurs, discard the product immediately. 5. To clean, hand wash with mild soap and water. Allow to air dry completely before storing. 6. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 7.
