Instructions for Use: 1. Position the support so the larger loop encircles your heel and the smaller loop goes around the ball of your foot. 2. Slide your foot into the support, ensuring the Futuro™ logo faces upwards. 3. Adjust the support until it feels comfortable and provides adequate support to your plantar arch. 4. The support can be worn with socks and most types of footwear.


Recommended Frequency: The Futuro™ Plantar Arch Support can be worn daily for as long as needed to relieve pain and discomfort. Start by wearing it for shorter periods and gradually increase the duration as tolerated. It can be worn during everyday activities and sports.
