Secure the straps, starting with the lower strap, wrapping it around your forearm below the elbow. Adjust the tightness for a comfortable, supportive fit. 4. Fasten the upper strap around your upper forearm, above the elbow. Ensure it's snug but not too tight to restrict circulation. 5. Adjust both straps as needed to achieve optimal comfort and support.

Wear the 3m Futuro Elbow Support T-M as needed to manage pain and provide support. It can be worn during activities that aggravate your elbow, such as sports or repetitive movements, as well as during rest to promote healing. Do not wear continuously for extended periods. Remove the support periodically to allow for proper circulation.
