INDICATIONS
Normomar Sea Water Spray is indicated for daily nasal hygiene, and is suitable for newborns, children and adults, as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women. It can be used for long periods of time.
HOW TO USE
Gently insert the mouthpiece into the nostril.
Press the mouthpiece for a moment.
If your nose is congested or blocked, irrigate by holding down the nozzle for a few seconds.
Allow the excess solution to drain out, as it will wash away the mucus, and then blow your nose.
Repeat the procedure in the other nostril.
Wash the mouthpiece with soap and water.
Use as a nasal wash whenever necessary.
