DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Fold: With clean hands, press the rim of the cup at the center until it forms an 8 shape. Insert: Place the menstrual cup into the vagina with the extraction groove being the last part to enter. Slide the disc inward at a horizontal angle (pointing towards the coccyx) until fully inside the vaginal canal. Position: Insert the rim of the groove behind your pelvic bone so the cup aligns with the cervix to collect the flow. It should sit diagonally. If you feel it slipping, it may not be positioned correctly; this is normal at first. Remove and try again. HOW TO REMOVE: With String: Removal will be easier. Gently pull on the string, and the cup will gradually tilt and come out through the vaginal canal. Without String: Insert a finger into the groove for a proper grip. Gently pull down to guide it and remove the cup horizontally to avoid spills. Once out, pour the menstrual liquid into the toilet, wash the cup with water and neutral soap, and it will be ready to use again.
