Opis
This dietary supplement combines melatonin with extracts of valerian, California poppy, and passionflower, ingredients known for their properties in supporting rest. Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep, while the plant extracts assist in calming the nervous system, promoting deeper and more restful sleep.
Composition (per tablet):
Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose; 150 mg of dry extract of passionflower flowers (Passiflora incarnata L.) with 2% flavonoids; 100 mg of dry extract of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) with 0.2% alkaloids; 100 mg of dry extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) with 0.4% valerenic acid; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; aroma; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and stearic acid; potato starch; stabilizer: magnesium salts of fatty acids; and 1.85 mg of melatonin.
How to use:
Take 1 tablet daily, approximately half an hour before bedtime.
Warnings and storage:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources.
