The variety Resource® Thickener orange flavour is ideal for thickening water.Resource® Thickener Orange flavour:- Facilitates hydration- Helps improve nutritional status- Facilitates medication administration- Thickens in a controlled manner and remains stable over time- Allows to obtain different consistencies- It has a delicious orange flavor.Gluten-freeIndicationsIn case of dysphagia or swallowing difficulties:- Elderly people with neurodegenerative and/or cerebrovascular pathology.- Patients after surgical or radiotherapy treatment for oropharyngeal, laryngeal or maxillofacial area tumors.- Patients with a history of aspiration or repetition pneumonia.Specially designed for the treatment of patients with swallowing difficulties:- Prevention and treatment of dehydration of the patient with liquid dysphagia.Preparation:1- Add Resource® Thickener Orange flavor to the liquid (water or milk), stirring vigorously until its complete dissolution. The product will be thick after about 30 seconds and will not become thick after 2-3 minutes.2- Resource® Thickener Orange flavor can be dissolved with the help of an electric mixer at low speed, for 5-10 seconds.Dosage (for 100 ml of liquid):Administration according to the desired consistency:Nectar: 1-1.5 level tablespoonHoney: 2 level tablespoonsPudding: 3 level soup spoons(1 level soup spoon = approx. 4.5g)Always use Resource® Thickener Orange flavor in the amount indicated by your healthcare professional.Storage and conservation:Store in a cool, dry place.
