Oral rehydration solution prepared for both infants and children. It is formulated according to ESPGHAN recommendations.
Nestlé NanCare Hydrate 4,5g 10 sachets has been developed with electrolytes and carbohydrates for oral rehydration in case of diarrhoea or gastroenteritis in infants and children aged 0-3 years. It is recommended for use during diarrhoea and vomiting to help rehydrate babies and children. Made with clinically tested ingredients and specially developed for babies and children.
Who is it suitable for?
It is indicated for infants and children.
How do I apply it?
Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the solution. The appropriate dose should be determined by the paediatrician based on the level of dehydration and the weight of the baby or child. Dissolve the entire contents of 1 sachet (4.5 g) in 200 ml of water (preferably sterile or weakly mineralised). Take orally at room temperature.
Give to the baby or child immediately after preparation. Once prepared, the solution should be kept in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours. Once prepared the solution should be kept in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours.
