How to take it?
Convalescence: when we get sick, the body and the immune system are depleted of vitamins and minerals to fight infection. It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet a day.

Overexertion: when we face a situation of physical or mental overexertion, vitamins and minerals are depleted and it is advisable to restore them.
