HOW TO USE Stick: Take 1 granulated stick, 3 times a day, immediately after each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). It is recommended to take the contents of the stick in several shots. If you skip a meal, still take 1 stick. Do not exceed 3 sticks per day.
Allergies in intolerances
