How to use
This kit is made up of 4 essential oils with different aromas (floral, fruity, resinous and spicy), and all the necessary elements for successful re-education.

Directions for Use: 1. Open one of the ARKOPHARMA Olfae Kit essential oil bottles. 2. Hold the bottle approximately 10cm (4 inches) away from your nose. 3. Close your eyes and gently inhale the aroma for 5-10 seconds, focusing on the scent. 4. Repeat this process with the same essential oil for a total of 5 inhalations. 5. Repeat steps 1-4 for each of the remaining three essential oils (floral, fruity, resinous, and spicy) in the kit. 6. After smelling each oil, take a short break before moving on to the next one. 7. Record your experience in a notebook or journal, noting the intensity and quality of each scent.
Recommended Frequency: Use the ARKOPHARMA Olfae Kit twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for a minimum of 3-6 months for optimal results. Consistency is key to successful olfactory training.
