Directions for Use:
1. Take one tablet thirty minutes before your desired bedtime.
2. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
Recommended Frequency:
Take ZzzQuil Sleep All Night tablets only as needed for occasional sleeplessness. Do not exceed one tablet per night.

Ingredients: Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg WARNINGS: Do not use with other diphenhydramine-containing products (such as cough and cold medicines), do not use with any other product containing an antihistamine, even one taken on skin.
