Use small, circular motions and short back-and-forth strokes. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 5. Brush for at least two minutes. 6. Rinse thoroughly with water after brushing. 7. Spit out excess toothpaste and do not swallow.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, in the morning and evening, or as recommended by your dentist.
