3. Peel away the paper backing from the adhesive side. 4. Apply the heat wrap directly to the skin on your lower back or hip, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
5. Press firmly to secure the wrap in place.


Recommended Frequency: Use one heat wrap per day for a maximum of 8 hours. Do not use more than one heat wrap at a time or on the same area within a 24-hour period.


Additional Tips: For maximum benefit, apply the heat wrap to clean, dry skin. Do not use with creams, lotions, or ointments. Do not tighten the wrap excessively, as this may restrict blood flow.
