Instructions for Use:

1. Cold Therapy: Place the gel bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Once frozen, remove the bag and wrap it in a thin towel to prevent direct contact with the skin and avoid frostbite. 3. Apply the wrapped bag to the affected area using the provided straps for secure placement. 4. Leave the bag in place for 15-20 minutes. Do not exceed 20 minutes at a time.
5. Allow at least 20 minutes between cold applications.

1. Heat Therapy: Submerge the gel bag in hot water (not boiling) for approximately 8-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
2. Carefully remove the bag from the hot water and ensure it is not too hot to handle. Wrap it in a thin towel. 3. Apply the wrapped bag to the affected area using the provided straps. 4. Leave the bag in place for 15-20 minutes.
5. Allow the bag to cool completely before reheating.
