How to use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll the earplug between your fingers to compress it into a small cylinder. 3. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards with your free hand. 4. Insert the compressed earplug into the ear canal. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds until it expands to seal the ear canal. 6. Repeat for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently pull the earplug outwards.
Recommended frequency: Use as needed for noise reduction or water protection. Do not wear continuously for extended periods (longer than 8 hours).
Additional tips: Do not force the earplug too deep into the ear canal. If you experience any discomfort, remove the earplug and try again. These earplugs are reusable.
