Directions for Use:

1. Open one sachet of Esteve Recuperat-Ion Fm Sugar Free. 2. Mix the contents with the recommended amount of water (see below). 3. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. 4. Drink the solution.

Recommended Dosage:

For Athletes:
Before and after exercise: Mix 1 sachet with 0.5 liters (approximately 17 ounces) of water.
During strenuous exercise: Mix 1 sachet with 1 liter (approximately 34 ounces) of water. You can add 10 grams of sugar if desired.
For General Discomfort/Remineralization: Mix 1 sachet with 1 liter (approximately 34 ounces) of water. Drink throughout the day.

Recommended Frequency:

Athletes: Use before, during (if needed), and after exercise as described above.
General Discomfort/Remineralization: Drink one prepared sachet throughout the day for an extended period as needed.
