One of the essential elements of the sleep mechanism is melatonin, a hormone naturally produced by the pineal gland in the dark. By secreting melatonin, the pineal gland informs the brain that it is dark and time to sleep.
Melatonin synthesis begins in the absence of light, peaks between 2 and 4 a.m. and then declines during the second half of the night in preparation for awakening. In some individuals, this message does not work properly and leads to difficulties in falling asleep or sleep timing.
Chronobiane Immediate is a food supplement in the form of a sublingual spray (sprayed under the tongue) based on melatonin and hawthorn extract.
Resynchronisation" can be achieved by boosting melatonin intake with 1 or 2 sprays of Chronobiane Immediato at bedtime or when waking up (1 spray provides 0.5 mg of melatonin).

Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Spray one or two sprays directly under the tongue.
3. Hold the liquid under the tongue for a few seconds before swallowing. 4. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
