1. Attack Phase: Take three (3) capsules in the morning with a glass of water.
2. Attack Phase: Take three (3) capsules in the evening with a glass of water.
3. Continue the attack phase for one (1) week.
4. Maintenance Phase: Take two (2) capsules in the evening with a glass of water.
5. Continue the maintenance phase for one (1) week.
