Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Pbh Phb Total Pasta Dentifrica onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, using gentle, circular motions. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 5. Do not swallow.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Pbh Phb Total Pasta Dentifrica at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.


Additional Tips: 1. For optimal oral hygiene, use Pbh Phb Total Pasta Dentifrica in conjunction with daily flossing and regular dental check-ups. 2. Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 3. If you experience any sensitivity or irritation, discontinue use and consult your dentist. 4. Keep out of reach of children. 5. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Warnings:
Do not swallow. Contains Sodium Monofluorophosphate and Sodium Fluoride. Children of 6 years and younger: Use a pea-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Contains Chlorhexidine Digluconate. Prolonged use may cause temporary staining of teeth. This staining is reversible and can be removed by brushing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
