2. Hold the brush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
3. Gently brush each tooth using short, circular motions, ensuring you reach all surfaces.
4. Use the textured side for a deeper clean and polishing, and the gentle side for sensitive areas.
5. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Clean the toothbrush under running water and store it upright in a clean, dry place. 8. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
