this is the only eyewash I will use to clean/wipe my eyes every morning and night to keep my dry eye/blepharitis at bay (I also use a hypochlorous spray after the cleaning). It’s brilliant as it doesn’t cause any soreness/itchiness on my sensitive eye area.

With clean hands, fill the eye bath with the solution. 2. Tilt your head slightly forward, and place the full eye bath over your eye, pressing very gently. It is recommended to use the hardened solution to avoid a temperature contrast. 3. Blink every 5 seconds to encourage flushing and rinsing of the eye. 4.
