Instructions for Use:

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling your lenses. 2. Remove one lens from its blister pack. Be sure not to tear or damage the lens. 3. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Ensure the lens is right-side out (it should look like a small bowl, not a saucer with a lip). 4. Using your free hand, gently pull up your upper eyelid and hold it against your brow bone. 5. With the middle finger of the hand holding the lens, pull down your lower eyelid. 6. Look straight ahead and slowly bring the lens towards your eye. 7. Gently place the lens on the colored part of your eye (iris). 8. Slowly release your eyelids and blink a few times. The lens should settle into place. 9. Repeat steps 2-8 for the other eye.

Recommended Frequency:

These are monthly replacement lenses. Replace with a fresh pair after 30 days of wear, even if you haven't worn them every day. Do not sleep in these lenses unless specifically directed by your eye care professional.

Additional Tips:

1. Always follow the instructions provided by your eye care professional. 2. Use fresh lens solution every time you store your lenses. Never reuse solution. 3. Rub and rinse your lenses with a multipurpose solution even if using a "no-rub" solution, as recommended by your eye care professional. 4. Replace your lens case regularly, ideally every 3 months. 5. Remove your lenses immediately and consult your eye care professional if you experience any redness, pain, or blurry vision. 6. While these lenses offer UV protection, they do not completely cover the eye and surrounding area. Therefore, it is still recommended to wear UV-blocking sunglasses for comprehensive protection. 7.
