Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of bones and cartilage.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of bones in normal conditions and the normal functioning of muscles.
Composition
Fish oil concentrate, gelatin (bovine), humectant (glycerin), coating agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin C (L-ascorbyl 6-palmitate), ginger root extract, stabilizer (yellow beeswax ), colorants (iron oxides and hydroxides, brilliant blue FCF), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), antioxidant (extract rich in tocopherols).
 
Per 2 capsules: Fish oil concentrate (1364 mg) of which Omega-3 fatty acids (900 mg) of which EPA (436 mg) and DHA (327 mg), Vitamin D (5 mcg), Vitamin C (12 mg), Ginger extract (20 mg).
How to use
It is recommended to take 2 or 6 capsules a day.
Warnings and conservation
Allergens: fish.
Only for adults. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Directions for Use: 1. Take two (2) capsules daily with water, preferably with a meal.
2. Alternatively, for increased support, take six (6) capsules daily with water, preferably with a meal.
3. Swallow capsules whole. Do not chew or crush.
