Directions for Use: 1. Gently pull your upper eyelid taut. 2. Apply the pencil along your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner and moving outwards. 3. For a more intense look, apply more pressure or apply multiple layers. 4. For a softer look, gently smudge the line with your fingertip or a smudging brush. 5. You can also apply the pencil to your lower lash line for added definition. 6. For a smoky eye effect, smudge the line on both the upper and lower lash lines.
