How to use: 1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry. 2. Remove the TENA Lady Discreet pad from its individual wrapper. 3. Peel off the backing strip from the adhesive side of the pad. 4. Position the pad centrally in your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing the fabric. 5. Smooth the pad down to ensure it adheres securely and comfortably. 6. Once used, carefully peel the pad away from your underwear. 7. Wrap the used pad in its original wrapper or tissue paper and dispose of it hygienically in a bin. Do not flush used pads down the toilet.


Recommended frequency: Change your TENA Lady Discreet pad as needed, depending on your individual flow. For optimal hygiene and comfort, it is generally recommended to change pads regularly, even if they are not fully saturated. This helps to maintain skin health and prevent odour.
