To adjust the flow, align the desired flow level marking (I, II, or III) on the teat with your baby's nose. 5. After each use, disassemble the teat from the bottle and wash thoroughly with warm soapy water. 6. Rinse the teat thoroughly and sterilize before next use.
Recommended frequency: Replace the teat every 6 weeks or sooner if signs of wear or damage appear, such as cracks, tears, or stickiness.
