Directions: 1. Well shake the bottle before each use. 2. Using the calibrated dropper, take the recommended dosage. 3. Can be taken directly or mixed with water or juice. 4. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.


Recommended Frequency: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) dropper (2 ml) daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients: Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), D-Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6), Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate Sodium (Vitamin B2), Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1), Folic Acid, Biotin, Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, Natural Raspberry Flavor, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate (preservative). WARNINGS: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. This product contains Vitamin B2, which may cause urine to turn a bright yellow color. This is normal and not cause for alarm. Store at room temperature. Do not use if outer bottle seal is missing or damaged.
