Directions for Use: 1. Open the jar. 2. Warm the desired amount in a bain-marie or microwave. Always check the temperature before feeding to your baby. 3. Stir well to ensure even heating. 4. Serve at a lukewarm temperature. 5. Discard any uneaten portion.

Recommended Frequency: This product is suitable as part of a varied diet for babies from 6 months of age. The frequency will depend on your baby's individual needs and dietary recommendations from your pediatrician.
