Directions for Use: 1. Take two tablets daily. 2. Take preferably in the evening with a large glass of water. 3. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. 4. Chew the tablets thoroughly before swallowing.


Recommended Frequency: For optimal results, take two tablets daily as needed to maintain regular bowel movements. It is recommended to start with a lower dose (one tablet) and increase if needed. Do not use continuously for more than 10 days without consulting a healthcare professional.

Ingredients: Fig powder, Tamarind pulp, Rhubarb root, Senna leaf extract (standardized to sennosides), Date paste, Chicory root extract (inulin), Apple pectin, Sweetener (maltitol), Natural flavor. WARNINGS: This product contains Senna, a stimulant laxative. Prolonged use of stimulant laxatives can lead to dependence and may worsen constipation. Do not use this product for more than 7 days unless directed by a healthcare professional. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12, or individuals with intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, or fecal impaction. May cause abdominal discomfort, cramps, or flatulence. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking any medications. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Keep out of reach of children.
