Directions for Use: 1. Take two to four capsules with a large glass of water. 2. For occasional diarrhea: take two capsules at the onset of symptoms, then two more capsules two hours later if symptoms persist. 3. For gas relief (aerophagia, meteorism, flatulence): take two capsules after each main meal.


Recommended Frequency: Do not exceed four capsules per day. This product is intended for occasional use. If symptoms persist for more than a few days, consult a healthcare professional.
