Directions for Use: 1. Take one ampoule per day. 2. Shake the ampoule before opening. 3. To open the ampoule, use a paper towel to break one tip off. 4. Turn the ampoule over and break off the other tip, allowing the liquid to flow into a glass. 5. Dilute the contents of the ampoule in half a glass of water (approximately 125 ml). 6. Consume immediately after opening.


Recommended Frequency: Take one ampoule daily, preferably in the morning. A course of 10 days is recommended. This can be repeated several times a year if needed.
