Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of PHB Total Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, using circular motions.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 5. For children under 7 years old, supervise brushing to minimize swallowing.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with PHB Total Toothpaste twice daily, in the morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
Additional Tips: 1. For optimal oral health, replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
2. Floss daily to remove plaque and food particles from between teeth.
3. Visit your dentist for regular checkups and professional cleanings. 4. Maintain a balanced diet and limit sugary snacks and drinks to prevent cavities. 5. Store the toothpaste in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
