Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Lacer Oros toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces gently for at least two minutes, using circular motions. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Lacer Oros toothpaste twice a day, ideally after breakfast and before bedtime, for optimal results.


Additional Tips: 1. For best results, use Lacer Oros toothpaste in conjunction with a Lacer mouthwash. 2. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after brushing to allow the active ingredients to work effectively. 3.
