Ingredients
GUM SensiVital Toothbrush 509 has specially designed ultra-fine bristles in 2 levels (shorter bristles 15/100º and longer tapered and tapered bristles 3.5/100º at the end) to gently remove plaque, provide a thorough brushing and give a smooth tooth feeling.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the toothbrush along the gum at a 45° angle. The bristles will enter the gingivodental sulcus and remove the plaque formed there.
Gently brush the outer side of a group of 2 or 3 teeth in a rotating movement from the gums towards the teeth. Repeat this movement on the next group of 2 or 3 teeth and so on for all the teeth in the arch.
Brush the inner sides of the teeth in the same way as the outer sides, maintaining a 45° angle between the brush and the gingivodental sulcus.
In the area of the upper and lower incisors, make a back and forth movement using the end of the brush head.
Finally, brush the occlusal surfaces - those used for chewing - of the molars with a horizontal movement.

Directions for Use:
1. Position the GUM SensiVital 509 toothbrush at a 45-degree angle along your gum line. This allows the bristles to reach the gingivodental sulcus (where the gums meet the teeth) for effective plaque removal.
2. Gently brush the outer surfaces of 2-3 teeth using a gentle, rotating motion from the gums towards the biting edges. Repeat this process for each group of 2-3 teeth across your entire upper and lower arches.
3. Brush the inner surfaces of your teeth using the same 45-degree angle and gentle rotating motion as described in step 2.
4. For the front teeth (upper and lower incisors), use the tip of the brush head in a gentle back-and-forth motion.
5. Finally, brush the chewing surfaces (occlusal surfaces) of your molars using a horizontal scrubbing motion.
Recommended Frequency:
Brush your teeth with the GUM SensiVital 509 toothbrush twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional Tips:
1. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn.
