How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Desensin toothpaste to the Vitis Desensin Soft toothbrush. 2. Position the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush in small, circular motions, ensuring you reach all tooth surfaces. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. 5. Brush for at least two minutes. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Clean the toothbrush and place the protective cap back on.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
