Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the GUM® Interdental Brush 1314 into the interdental space (the space between your teeth).
2. Do not force the brush. If it doesn't fit easily, choose a smaller size. 3. Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse the brush with water after each use. 5. Replace the brush when the filaments become worn or frayed.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing and flossing, to maintain optimal oral hygiene.
Additional Tips: 1. Consult with your dentist or dental hygienist to determine the appropriate interdental brush size for your needs. 2. Be gentle when inserting and using the brush to avoid damaging your gums. 3. If you experience any bleeding or discomfort, discontinue use and consult your dentist. 4.
