Interdental sticks with a soft and flexible tip to avoid damaging teeth and gums. Its triangular shape adapts to most interdental spaces and provides a great capacity to clean food debris and bacterial plaque, the main cause of gum disease.

How to use:


1. Choose the correct size interdental brush. If the brush bends excessively, choose a smaller size. If it fits too loosely, choose a larger size.
2. Gently insert the brush into the interdental space. Do not force the brush. 3. Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove food debris and plaque. 4. Rinse the brush with water after each use. 5. Replace the brush when the bristles become worn or frayed.


Recommended frequency:


Use daily, preferably after brushing your teeth, to maintain optimal oral hygiene.


Additional tips:


If you experience any bleeding, it may be due to inflamed gums. Continue using the brushes, as bleeding should reduce with regular use. If bleeding persists, consult your dentist or hygienist.
