Gently insert the brush: Insert the brush into the interdental space at a slight angle, following the natural curve of your teeth. Do not force the brush. 3. Gentle back-and-forth motion: Move the brush gently back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. Avoid pushing too hard, as this could damage your gums. 4. Rinse the brush: Rinse the brush thoroughly under running water after each use. 5. Replace the brush: Replace the brush when the bristles become worn or frayed, typically after a week of use.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably at night after brushing and flossing, to maintain optimal interdental hygiene.
